Caribbean restaurant opens in High Street
A NEW caribbean restaurant has now opened, hoping to bring tasty food and extravagant cocktails to the town.
Tasties Cocktail Wine Bar, in High Street, Yiewsley, was opened by single mother Manette Hunte, 37, on Monday.
The family restaurant has a capacity for 40 diners, as well as a large bar area.
Manette Hunt, of Keats Way, West Drayton, said: "Its something I've been thinking about doing for a while now, its taken over a year to come to fruition.
"So far the response has been good, we have had support from the community."
The bar has a license from 9am to 1am and can be hired for private parties.
The outlet also offers special deals for police and hospital staff, as well as students.
